Soul & Spirit in Contemplation – It’s important to tap into the soul when practicing the contemplative life, and Moore will explore the basics of the soul in video one.
Practicing Dreamwork - A practice of dreamwork can help one reach the level of depth needed for a soul-oriented contemplative life. Moore will unpack these concepts in his second video.
A Contemplative Way of Life - Contemplative practices are one thing, but a seriously contemplative way of life is another. Moore breaks down tangible, everyday contemplative practices to deepen one’s soulful life.

I like the online format, as I work both full-time and a part-time job now. It's a way to continue learning about this path we are on that fits my schedule.
This video series and the workbook introduce Moore's major themes in a thoughtful and helpful manner that I imagine would attract many to a more contemplative life. Quiet, peace and solitude may be the underground streams to nourish our busy lives.
I took the course by Cynthia Bourgeault on the four voices of discernment. I enjoyed that very much, as it was very practical.
I like your classes on developing my contemplative prayer.
I took Four Voices taught by Cynthia Bourgeault. I enjoyed the teaching, then the practical instruction.
